Sorry for the lack of updates on Twitter and this Blog. Due to medical stuff I have been unable to update as often as I would like to. Now that my recovery seems to be progressing nicely, I will be working my way up to a normal level of activity. Thank you to all of you who have stay with me through all of this.
I have recieved several suggestions for bog post topics, all of which have been awesome!I have also been asked about posting more of my photos in my posts. The reason I have been hesitant to do this in the past is that unfortunately many people I know have had their photos copied and misrepresented as another’s work. That’s just lame. The reality of tracking natural hazards is that it is incredibly time consuming and dangerous so having a photo stolen and used without any context to encourage others to do this is not good (although photos should not be the sole purpose of doing this, unless you are a professional photographer, but that is a post for another time). I have just upgraded my photo editing software to one which should allow me to minimize this, so I will be posting more photos in the future.
